CORPORATE FILMS / GAUTENG

Corporate Video Production in Johannesburg & Pretoria

Our Expertise

Business films with a clear message and a practical production plan.

Event highlights & aftermovies

Keep the energy of your conference, expo, launch or company event working after the day ends. We plan coverage around your programme, priority speakers, brand moments and audience experience. Agree whether you need a highlight film, short social cutdowns or separate session recordings; each changes the crew, sound and editing scope. Watch the Agora SA 2026 highlight reel.

Social-first video campaigns

Give your product, service or campaign a clear story in a short format. Plan vertical and landscape edits for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, paid campaigns and your website. We agree the opening message, call to action, captions and required versions as part of the brief. The Umoya Spa film below is an example of our brand content work.

Executive interviews & brand stories

Put your people, expertise and company story on screen. We plan executive interviews, leadership messages and brand films around your audience and intended use. Agree interview prompts, locations, filming needs and final edits before the shoot. Watch our media house showreel for a broader view of our work.

From a business objective to a film you can use.

Phil Good Media House produces corporate video content for businesses, brands and events across Gauteng. Based in Edenvale, we help you plan the message, capture the right material and turn it into edits for your website, presentations and social channels.

The production process

A clear workflow, from brief to delivery.

Every production has different needs. We use the stages below to agree the work before filming, keep feedback focused and plan the final delivery around your deadline.

01 / DISCOVERY

Define the audience and objective

Tell us who the film is for, what viewers should understand and what they should do next. Share your brand, references, budget range, target channels and launch date. We discuss the right format: an event highlight, interview, brand story or campaign edit.

02 / SCOPE & QUOTE

Agree the production plan

The quote sets out the agreed filming time, locations, crew requirements, deliverables, editing scope and review process. We confirm availability and any travel or specialist production requirements before a date is booked.

03 / PRE-PRODUCTION

Prepare the story and shoot

We plan the shot list, interview prompts or script approach, schedule and key brand moments. Your team supplies logos, brand guidelines and approved messages, and helps coordinate people, location access and filming permissions.

04 / PRODUCTION

Capture the material with purpose

Filming follows the agreed brief and programme. Interviews need a suitable space, clear sound and time for setup; events need priority moments and speaker schedules. Supporting footage gives the edit context and helps tell a complete story.

05 / EDIT & REVIEW

Shape the film and refine the message

We assemble the story, select supporting footage and prepare the agreed edit. Music, sound treatment, colour work, titles and captions are scoped for the project. One nominated contact consolidates feedback against the brief and agreed review rounds.

06 / DELIVERY

Approve and export for your channels

After approval, we deliver the agreed final files and versions. Confirm landscape, vertical or square formats at the planning stage so framing, captions and graphics suit their destination. Additional versions or changes outside the brief can be quoted separately.

Plan the output before the shoot

One production. The right set of deliverables.

For events and company stories

  • Event highlight films and aftermovies.
  • Executive interviews and leadership messages.
  • Brand stories, company milestones and product or service videos.
  • Short excerpts for presentations and social publishing, where included.

For your digital channels

  • Landscape edits for websites, YouTube and presentations.
  • Vertical cuts for Reels, TikTok and Stories.
  • Captions, titles, logo treatments and calls to action as agreed.
  • Campaign versions with different openings, lengths or messages when scoped.

Before filming: agree the number of videos, approximate lengths, aspect ratios, caption requirements and intended uses. Full event recordings, raw footage, project files and extra edit versions should be discussed explicitly; they are not the same deliverable as a highlight film.

Scoping your investment

What affects a corporate video production quote?

The scope matters more than the final video's length alone. A short film may still require several locations, interviews and filming sessions. Key factors include shoot days, crew and equipment needs, sound recording, travel, scripting, editing complexity, graphics, music licensing, review rounds and the number of final versions.

Share your budget range early. We can discuss priorities and a practical scope rather than assuming every project needs the same production setup. Timing, usage requirements and optional extras are confirmed in the quote.

Planning questions, answered

Corporate videography FAQs

Which areas do you cover?

We are based in Edenvale and serve Johannesburg, Sandton, Pretoria and the wider Gauteng area. Include the venue or filming address in your enquiry so travel, access and logistics can be considered in the quote. Projects outside these areas can be discussed.

What types of corporate videos can we request?

Our core work includes event highlights and aftermovies, social video campaigns, executive interviews and brand stories. Tell us if you need a product film, company milestone video, leadership message or several related edits so we can discuss the production requirements.

How much does corporate videography cost?

We quote for the brief rather than using one price for every film. Filming time, crew, locations, audio, editing, graphics and final versions all affect the cost. Send your project type, date, location, delivery needs and budget range for a scoped quote.

How long does filming and editing take?

The schedule depends on the number of locations, people, shoot days, edit versions and approval stages. Share your event date and required delivery date at the start. We confirm a realistic production and review timeline when agreeing the scope; urgent delivery must be discussed before booking.

Do we need a finished script before contacting you?

No. Start with your objective, audience and key messages. We can discuss an interview-led or scripted approach and the planning support required. Your team remains responsible for approving business facts, names, claims and final messaging.

Can one shoot produce videos for several platforms?

Yes, when planned into the scope. A main film can be supported by shorter cuts and different aspect ratios. Tell us the channels in advance so we can plan framing and graphics appropriately and quote for the number of versions needed.

Can you film at our office or conference venue?

Yes, subject to a suitable location, access and the agreed production plan. Interviews benefit from a quiet room and time for sound and lighting setup. For events, share the running order, venue restrictions, speaker priorities and any available sound feed.

How do revisions and approvals work?

We agree the review stages and revision scope in the quote. Nominate one contact to combine your team's feedback into a clear list. Changes to the approved story, additional filming or extra versions may change the cost and delivery schedule.

Are music, subtitles, raw footage and usage rights included?

These are confirmed for each project. Tell us whether you need captions or separate subtitle files, paid advertising use, source material or raw footage. Music and other third-party assets must have licensing appropriate to the intended use. Final deliverables and usage terms are agreed in writing.

Can you combine video with photography and social content?

Yes. We can discuss a combined brief covering photography, video and content for your digital channels. Coordinating these needs before the shoot helps identify the crew, schedule and deliverables required. Each service is included only where agreed in the quote.

What should we send to get a useful quote?

Share the type of video, objective, audience, filming date and location, required delivery date, approximate lengths and number of edits, intended channels, budget range and reference links. If some details are unknown, send what you have and we can discuss the next steps.
